Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece from Thrive + Thread Collective. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or store credit.

Return Requirements Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Intimate apparel and swimwear
  • Earrings
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

Refund Options Choose between:

  • Refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit (same amount)

Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to process after we receive your return.

Exchanges We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors! Just let us know what you'd like instead, and we'll take care of the rest.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

How to Start a Return Contact us at support@thriveandthread.co with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll provide you with return instructions and our return address.
